This was my first hunt with an outfitter and I am so glad I chose Great Southern Outdoors. My hunt itself was a little slow starting off due to the weather but had a great hunt on the last day. The two other hunters with me both had opportunities at Trophy bucks. My guide Hunter worked his tail off to help me have a great hunt and the whole staff made this the trip of a lifetime.
The hospitality and accommodations are second to none. The only problem is That Ms. Jones and the ladies fed us so well I have to explain the 20 pounds I gained to my wife when I get home. Thank you Rex and your family and staff for making a dream hunt come true.

We look forward to going back to GSO each year. We are fortunate to be able to carefully select places we will visit for hunting outside of our home state yet always go back to Alabama for Great Southern Outdoors. Hunter, Rex and Ginger set this outfit apart from the rest. The lodging, food, and views are beyond all expectations. Regardless of how long you stay, you will leave feeling like part of the Great Southern Outdoors family.
